Excellent article. I really think ‘listening’ is that key word which is overlooked as marketing and PR departments crowd to take control of the social media output. A truly holistic approach to the customer experience has to be properly founded on dialogue and a true dialogue is not when one person pauses only so that they can keep talking again and doesn’t listen to what the other person has to say.
